Reduce part handling with the new TL-25 dual-spindle turning center –- turn double-ended parts in a single setup on one machine. The TL-25 CNC lathe is built on the shop-proven Haas SL-30 platform, with a 30-hp vector-drive main spindle with 10" chuck and speeds up to 3,400 rpm, and an 8-hp sub-spindle with 5" chuck and speeds to 4,000 rpm. The standard 12-station tool turret holds a combination of six VDI 40 tools and six bolt-on tools, and special twin-bore and twin-turn tool holders are included for sub-spindle work. With a max cutting capacity of 16" x 34", the TL-25's main spindle handles 3" bar, and the sub-spindle takes up to 1.18" bar. The Haas control features advanced tool management, single-button features, 15-inch color LCD monitor and a USB port.
